In October 2015  Fraunhofer Society hasrecently  declared an new  Open Access strategy. The main aim is to make 50 per cent of scientific articles open access by 2020 (http://www.openaccess.fraunhofer.de/wp-content/uploads/2015/12/Fraunhofer-Open-Access-Strategie-2020.pdf)
