Two datasets have been worked up, and saved in netcdf format. The first contains the CFSv2 data and associated isotope model profiles (IsotopeProfiles.nc). The HDO profiles (qD) are included for each isotope model. Hopefully field descriptions will be sufficient.
The second contains the calculated columns (DarwinSurfaceAndColumnTimeSeries.nc), in-situ data and TCCON data. These are hourly data calculated to the top of troposphere for the models.
