{\bf Joint-modeling methods:} Figure 3 shows the elastic-net variable inclusion probability (VIP) and the CAVIARBF posterior inclusion probability (PIP) at each SNV. The elastic net selected each SNV for inclusion into the joint regression model for at least one of the 100 re-sampled datasets. Neither method localized localizes  the highest signal to the risk region.
