{\bf Tree-Based methods:} Figure 5 shows the association mapping results obtained from Blossoc. %We performed Blossoc for our simulated phased haplotypes data using probability score clustering criteria as recommended in Mailund et al., for smaller datasets.   Even though Blossoc did not localize the highest signal to the risk region, we observe some peaks that are close to the risk region.
