\begin{Abstract}
In order to find the Boltzmann constant, we used measurements of voltage fluctuations across a resistor that arose from the random motion of electrons at room temperature. We also wanted to find the charge of an electron. To do this, we took measurements of the size of random fluctuations in current produced by an illuminated photo-diode, this demonstrated that electric change is quantized and allowed us to find the value of e. We performed the Johnson Noise Experiment in order to find the Boltzman Constant: $1.38064852 \cdot 10^{-23} \textrm{ m}^2 \textrm{ kg} \textrm{ s}^{-2} \textrm{ K}^{-1}$. We performed the Shot Noise Experiment in order to find the charge of an electron: $1.60217662 \cdot 10^{ -19} \textrm{ coulombs}$.
