It has taken me multiple days ---days longer than it should have -- to fully comment on this one paper (yes, more than 24 hours of just writing comments) , and I haven't been able to comment on everything that needs improvement or correction. I realize that because of the delay in submission, the poor quality of the draft that was submitted, and the time thus required for comments, you now have very little time to make all the corrections that are necessary, but I expect them to be done. The grade for this paper as is would be a 60, and it could easily have been 95 based on the quality of the data. }
