Matter is classified as Warm Dark Matter (WDM) because the speeds are higher than CDM, but not relativistic. The masses of these particles are in-between CDM and HDM at about 1 KeV. (7)
Possible WDM candidates would be sterile neutrinos and gravitinos. Both discussed later in this report.
