\label{fig:Age}  Spectra of both samples of Cesium-137. The blue orange  line is considered to be  the older  sample since there are less gamma rays observed at the photopeak energy. By process of elimination, this means  thatis sample one - younger and  the orange blue  line is sample two - must correspond to  the older younger  sample. The age of the younger sample was known, 17.583 years.
