I have included a table (Table 1) of how I determined the semi-major and semi-minor axis for the spiral galaxy $ESO286-G16$. The X Minor and Y Minor come from the points on the semi-minor axis and the X Major and Y Major come from the points on the semi-major axis. The First and Second Coordinates were measured from the semi-major data and from taking the values and scrolling over two points on the semi-minor axis. The difference in coordinates is just taking the first coordinates and subtracting the second coordinates. The length of the semi-major and semi-minor axis are found by the Pythagorean theorem which states:  \begin {equation}  Length = [(Difference in Minor Coordinates)^2 + (Difference in Major Coordinates)^2]^1.5  \end {equation}
