\section{Section 3}  As I found from the analysis of galaxies, the M/L ratio is 19.99 $19.99$  and the IMF produced a value of about 1.5. $1.61$.  this means, that stellar material only contributes a M/L ratio of 1.5. $1.61$.  So where is the other 18.5 $18.39$  M/L coming from? Clearly, galaxies are not made up of only or primarily stellar material.
