Indeed, \(\frac{2}{3}\) of the data points for this particular graph of residuals seem to be within the range, \(-0.02<y<0.02\). Since the uncertainties given to us by the chart constructed by Mathematica are on the order of .001, we can most definitely assume that our uncertainty is at least 10 times larger than we had initially predicted. Even with the increase in uncertainty, the data still did not appear to be linear. Thus it was finally concluded that the frequency scan must have been non-linear.
