Shown is a negative Gaussian fitted to our data for $5^{2}S_{1/2}$ F=2 ground state to the $5^{2}P_{3/2}$ excited state for $^{85}$Rb. The form of a negative Gaussian is $f(x)=-a*e^{-\frac{(x-b)^{2}}{2c^{2}}}+C$
