Kratie and Kampong Chhnang provinces have the highest rate of children   death. The province Kampot has the second high rate of death children.   The least children death rate belongs to Koh Kong and Oddar Meanchey   provinces.
The residue is the difference between the predicted values and the true values. The residue is equal to the true value minuses the predicted values. If the true value is less than the predicted or the overestimation, the residue is negative, and vice versa. It allows comparing the rate of regression precision among the regions. The underestimation occurs in the eastern provinces including Ratanakiri, Mondolkiri, Kratie, Stung Treng, and the southern provinces such as Kampong Chhnang, Kampong Speu, Kampot, Takeo, Kandai, Prey Veng, the western south of Kampong Cham (Figure 2). Moreover, the overestimation belongs to the northern west provinces (Odar Mean Chey). The regression is precise or the residue is nearly 0 in Preah Vihear, Kampong Thom, the south of Kampong Cham.
42/194 districts (approximately 22%) are predicted correctly because their residues are zeros. There are 61/194 districts (around 31%) are overestimated (the blue color in the figure X), and 91/194 districts (roughly 47%) are underestimated (the red color in the figure X). The overestimation is less than the underestimation. Furthermore, the morality mortality  number of predicted districts are too low compared to the true data. because there are no underestimated districts in the range 0 - 1.5; while the overestimated districts have this range. The acceptable error of the range of below -0.5 belongs to 18/194 overestimated districts (about 9%).
