In general, the standard error is one order of magnitude lower than its corresponding coefficient value. Likewise, the p-value of the coefficients shows an important significance, with values of the order of 0.001 or even lower. A very important exception is the variable house_size, household_size, which has not only an standard error one magnitude higher than its coefficient but which also has a very high p-value 0.9130, showing that this variable is a very poor and unreliable predictor for our analysis.
