\section{Abstract}  The "age of Big Data" is upon us and many industries have already started embracing it. Transportation is a natural beneficiary The transportation industry stands much to gain  of large data analysis due to it's complexity and pervasiveness in daily daily,  but this inertia is also one of the greatest challenges to it's implementation. This system collects large amounts of microscopic traffic flow data from ordinary video cameras and includes tools for studying basic traffic flow measures as well as more advanced, pro-active safety measures.
