\subsection{PVAT Filtering routines}  Using only computer vision leads to several issues in the presence of irregularities in the video such as obstructions or large vehicles. Once the trajectories of the vehicles are extracted using the video tracking software, several filtering functions from Pvatools (citation?) are applied to reduce the tracking errors. (Perhaps a figure showing some of the errors? Discuss what each of them does)  This section still needs to be filled.  \subsection{MOTA} 

\subsection{Effect of MOTA on Traffic Data}  The road user trajectories obtained by using the calibrated tracking parameters are analyzed to generate the traffic variables. The objective is to identify the relationship of different tracking performance with accuracy of traffic variables. It is validated by comparing the impact of the calibrated tracking parameters on relevant traffic data including traffic flow and average speed extracted from speed profiles.
