\section{Experimental Results}  \subsection{The Relationship of Tracking Accuracy with Traffic Data}  In the first phase of optimization, the genetic algorithm was run for the full length of each 10-min video sequence. The population size is set to 20 individuals, using a minimum selection of 20~\% of the fitness function, a crossover rate of 60~\% of individuals, and a mutation rate of 5~\%. 5~\% (of individuals).  These parameters were based off of typical values and tweaked to account for a relatively low number of alleles and high sequence processing expense.
