**Descripción del programa EWACi**  EWACi is a comprehensive methodology that is based on the principle that a true Lean organization focuses first on improving its employees before improving its technical systems (Imai, 1986; Hirano, 1988; Womack and Jones, 1996), recognizing that a workforce with higher levels of motivation, commitment, and involvement will accelerate any CIP (Deming, 2000; Imai, 1986; Liker, 2004; Womack & Jones, 1996; Muchinsky, 2006; Robbins and Judge, 2003). The methodology is a combination of different activities that influence employee behavior. Essentially, the EWACi methodology involves a progressive implementation plan with the aim of causing a true change of culture in an organization. EWACi is based on one main concept: developing ordered work behavior among employees as a way of preparing organizations for the continuous improvement process. Therefore, the EWACi methodology is designed to teach a company how it can develop ordered work behavior among its employees. The EWACi methodology provides a special training course that is divided into two modules. The first module is designed for workers and is called the Multisensory Workshop. The second module is designed for managers and middle managers and is called Training of Coaching Abilities.  **Módulo 1: Multisensorial Training System**
