- The proposed technique is not directly compared to any other harmonization effort. While head to head results would be hard to get, a random sampling of control subjects in ADNI, for example, at 20 different sites, could have been done; with similar analyses of results; and then the coefficients of variability directly compared. Then, one would have an idea of which approach is, or isn't, superior.
