- The authors have performed experiments using data collected at both 3T scanners and 1.5T scanners, and performed data processing using Freesurfer version 5.3.0. This software uses different parameters for non-uniformity correction if data from 3T scanner is processed, and requires use of special flag to change this parameter. It is not clear if this was done in the experiment.
