* When introducing Equation 1 please state immediately that the index i refers to the subjects, instead of doing it in the following paragraph. Please also clarify why instead of using coefficients 0, 1, 2, you use 00, 10, 20. In the sentence that follows the equation please also clarify the term related to the disease contrast vector, and the choice of its weights.
