* The authors have performed experiments using data collected at both 3T scanners and 1.5T scanners, and performed data processing using Freesurfer version 5.3.0 this 5.3.0. This  software uses different parameters for non-uniformity correction if data from 3T scanner is processed, and requires use of special flag to change this parameter, it parameter. It  is not clear if this was done in the experiment.
