In \cite{Wee_2015}, they had a nearly 80\% classification accuracy in detecting mild cognitive impairment versus normal controls, but this analysis focused specifically on cognition. It would be interesting to know whether a similar method could differentiate between patients with high and low motor disability symptoms. The nine-hole-peg test score is not a pure motor task, so there could be an overlap of results. On the other hand, the CMCT is a measure of pure corticospinal tract health, and this analysis could show how the temporal dynamics have adapted to corticospinal tract damage.
