STUFF TO DO
Deposit the strain in two different collections (I was thinking ATCC and DSMZ)
Finish the temperature tests (we're close on this)
Finish the pH tests (this is probably a single Tecan run)
Figure out how to do the casein/starch tests and do them (should be trivial, we just don't have reagents)
Meet with Biolog and get rest of data... they gave us data for one plate and we paid for three. (Jennifer is going to do this ASAP)
