\section{Submission of targets}  There are two main methods for submitting FLOYDS targets:  \begin{enumerate}  \item Through the graphical user interface (GUI) at lcogt.net. (GUI).  \item Programatically through an Application Programming Interface (API).  \end{enumerate}  Here we only consider option 1, as it is the way that the majority of external users should submit targets. First, visit http://lcogt.net \url{https://lco.global}  and go to the {\it Observatory} tab, and click {\it Schedule Observations}. Alternately, one may go directly to http://lcogt.net/observe. \url{https://lco.global/observe}.  The user should login with the appropriate credentials if they have not already done so. Then click "Compose" from the top menu. A screen similar to Fig.~\ref{fig:compose} should come up.
