\section{Submission of targets}  There are three two main  methods for submitting FLOYDS targets: \begin{enumerate}  \item Through the graphical user interface (GUI) at lcogt.net.  \item Programatically through an Application Programming Interface (API).  \item Through the LCOGT Supernova Key Project follow-up marshal and database.  \end{enumerate}  Here we only consider option 1, as it is the way that the majority of external users should submit targets. First, visit http://lcogt.net and go to the {\it Observatory} tab, and click {\it Schedule Observations}. Alternately, one may go directly to http://lcogt.net/observe. The user should login with the appropriate credentials if they have not already done so. Then click "Compose" from the top menu. A screen similar to Fig.~\ref{fig:compose} should come up.
