API APIs for interacting with data are beginning to emerge, and we are looking forward to them maturing and ideally becoming independent of the concrete libraries that implement them.
\item We are also looking forward to advances in responsive interactivity, making it easier to provide active mathematical widgets on mobile and tablet devices. As their computational resources are much weaker than the desktop, it may be interesting to investigate sever-side workflows that precompute most of the necessary functions.
