\begin{enumerate}  \item A range was constructed by placing the target on one side, and measuring 10, 20, 30, 40 and 50 30  m from the target with the meter stick. Each respective distance was marked with a chalk line. \item Participants were asked to stand on a ‘ready line’ with a loaded paintball marker awaiting permission to start.  \item The subject was to remain on the marked position on the line, opposite the target.  \item An experimenter started a stopwatch and indicated to the subject to begin firing.

\item The experimenter checked that the marker is ‘safed’, after which another experimenter would approach the target and measure the distance from each round to the centre of the target. The accuracy for each range is an average of the 5 distances from the center.  \item The experimenter then documented the results, as well as the time required to complete the task, and the distance from the target.   \item The target was then be wiped clean.  \item 1-6 were repeated at 10, 20, 30, 40 and 50 30  m \end{enumerate}
