This section describes the setup of major modules in the program in detail, as well as provides a graphic overview of the system.
There are 2 graphical depictions of the program which are depicted in Figure \ref{fig:FLOW1} and Figure \ref{fig:FLOW2}. These make it slightly easier to understand the program described above and the general flow of operations in the machine.
