\subsubsection{Switch Activation Arrangement}
\label{sec:switch}
This unit consisted of a plate, constructed out of 0.75 by 0.75 inch pieces of wood,
with 4 pieces running from front to back, termed spars,
and three running side to side, termed bars.
The bars were the top of the plate, and were attached to the spars underneath by screws.
The bars had cut grooves that interact with the switches and feet on the bottom of the test units,
sitting in the tray; see \ref{sec:tray} for details.
