Optimistic scenario

Figure \ref{fig:seismopt} shows the corridor stack for 7 offsets. For each corridor stack, black traces refer to the baseline survey and red traces refer to CO\(_2\) injected scenario. As for the Bécancour-like scenario, a travel-time delay due to the CO\(_2\) injection is well detected starting at 550 ms. The corridor stacks are very similar to those of the Bécancour-like scenario, except for the basement reflector which does not show any AVO anomaly. The CO\(_2\) injection modeling show that during migration time (15 to 50 years) there is partial dissolution of CO\(_2\). This is reflected in the 50 years seismograms, with reflections that arrive early (black arrow in Fig. \ref{fig:optvsbec}) compared to the equivalent Bécancour-like seismograms.
