\subsubsection{Testing sequence}  The first set of measurements was made with pore space subject to vacuum to provide 'dry' porperties properties  at different T an P temperature and pressure  condtions to evaluate the their  effectof temperature and pression  on the rock frame.\\ frame.  The measurements were then repeated with full CO$_2$ saturation under a variety of pore pressure at 25 and 35 $^{\circ}$C in order to sample the full range of CO$_2$ phases states (Fig. \ref{fig:fig3}).\\ \ref{fig:fig3}).  Finally 'dry' measurements were repeated to asses any mechanical change that have altered the rock 'dry' properties.\\ properties.  For each measurements, 5 five  minutes are were  necessary to equilibrate at constant pressure prior to acquisition of the waveforms. To reduce random noise effects, the final waveform recorded is a stack of at least 100 traces.
