\subsection{Samples characterization}
The Cairnside (CA) and Covey Hill (CH) samples used for ultrasonic measurements, belong to the well A196 that is located in the northeastern B\'e\-can\-cour sub-reservoir. More details about this well can be found in \citet{TranNgoc2014}. A set of mercury injection porosimetry was performed on both samples. This analysis established the relationship between capillary pressure and fluid saturation. From that, pore-size distribution in sandstones of the CA and CH sample was obtained (Table 1).
