\section{Choice of V > 1 as the outflow}  It is not clear why Throughout this paper  we define mass at moving a  V > 1km/s as "Outflow". We part of the outflow. This cutoff was determined by observing the simulation data. However, we  now show what effect choosing another cut off would be. that this choice does not change results. We find that for all choices of cutoff we slightly overestimate the mass.
