\section{Abstract}  The quality of ALMA observations of stellar outflows are examined using simulations and CASA observations. Various configurations and observations paramters were used to determine how much information about the simulation is returned by each setup. We argue that snapshots are useful for getting an approximation of the outflow and that more compact arrays give better results for our chosen parameters. We also show that longer pointing integration  times do not significantly degrade ALMA's results.
