\section{Methods}
\subsection{Bacterial Strains and Knockout Construction }
In this study, we used \textit{F. tularensis} LVS stocks provided by two different laboratories. The strain
we denote designated as \textit{F. tularensis} LVS-1
is was provided by the
J.F. Huntley
lab stock strain and laboratory at the
parental isolate University of
Toledo (from ATCC). LVS-1 was the
parental strain use to generate both \textit{ΔdsbA} and \textit{ΔdipA} mutants. The strain
we denote designated as \textit{F. tularensis} LVS-2
is was provided by the
J. Horzempa
lab stock strain and laboratory at West Liberty University (from ????). LVS-2 was the parental
isolate of the strain used to generate both \textit{ΔdeoB} and \textit{ΔiglC} mutants.
There was no discernible difference in virulence between the two parental isolates (Table 1).
\textbf{Jason, can you add a paragraph describing the construction of the \textit{ΔdsbA} and \textit{ΔdipA} mutants?}
