\textbf{Figure 3. \textit{F. tularensis} LVS lethality varies by temperature.} Kaplan-Meier survival curves of juvenile \textit{B. dubia} cockroaches injected with 1.8 6.0 x 10^6 CFU, 8.8 x 10^6 CFU, 4.5 x 10^6 CFU, or 3.0  x 10^6 CFU \textit{F. tularensis} LVS and incubated at the temperatures indicated. 22C, 30C, 37C, or 40C, respectively.  Incubation at 37∘C and 40∘C resulted in rapid death, whereas incubation at 22∘C and 30∘C resulted in a slower time to death. By log-rank analysis, there was no significance difference between the two curves at 22∘C and 30∘C or the two curves at 37∘C and 40∘C. However, both curves at the lower temperatures were significantly different from both curves at the higher temperatures (p<0.001). (all p<0.001).
