\textbf{Figure 3. \textit{F. tularensis} LVS lethality in \textit{B. dubia} is temperature-dependent.} Groups of juvenile \textit{B. dubia} cockroaches (n=???) were injected with 6.0 x 10^6 CFU, 8.8 x 10^6 CFU, 4.5 x 10^6 CFU, or 3.0 x 10^6 CFU \textit{F. tularensis} LVS and incubated at 22°C, 30°C, 37°C, or 40°C, respectively. Post-infection incubation incubations  at 37°C and 40°C resulted in rapid cockroach death, whereas incubation at 22°C and 30°C resulted in delayed time-to-death, despite slightly higher inoculums. There were no significance differences between cockroach survival at 22°C and 30°C or between cockroach survival at 37°C and 40°C. However, cockroach survival at the lower temperatures (22°C and 30°C) was significantly different from cockroach survival at the higher temperatures (37°C and 40°C; all p<0.001). Kaplan-Meier survival curves were compared by log-rank analysis.
