It would be a good idea to adopt Dirac notation for convenience and abstraction,  \begin{equation}  \bra{2}  \ket{3}  \braket{2}{5}  \ketbra{7}{11} 2p=\bra{2} \\  (3p)^T=\ket{3} \\  2p\cdot5p=\braket{2}{5}\\  2p\times3p=\ketbra{2}{3}=6p^2  \end{equation}
