Moreover [check this next bit]  If there exists no The non-existance of a  $q$ in the range [...,...] [1,n]  that $n-q \; \mathrm{mod} \; (1+2q) = 0$, then $(90;;n)+1$ $(90;;n)+1$,  is prime ???? neccesary but not sufficient fr a primality check.
