The X stimulus was more correctly associated to A or B on trials where stimuli A and B differed in manner than on trials where they differed in place or voicing. This seems unsurprising as the acoustic contrast between a stop and a fricative is more salient than the acoustic contrasts between voiced and voiceless sounds, or the temporally contrast differences that correspond to the place feature.
