\section{Motivation to join the 6\subscript{th} sustainable summer school}  I have a deep  passion for sustainability. I try to live sustainably and enjoy the personal qualities that come along with a sustainable way of life. But also around me, in the life of the common people, I notice the increasing relevancy of sustainability topics. However, many people are hampered or struggle with adopting more sustainable practices. Why is this so? And what can I do as a current Master student of Sustainable Development to help these people successfully overcoming their individual challenges?  I try to live sustainably myself and enjoy Throughout  the personal qualities that come along with first year of my studies courses such as on \textit{Energy and Material Efficiency} or  \textit{Environmental and Material Policy} contributed to  a better understanding of the technical side of  sustainable way development. Aside the classroom, my practical involvement in a number of voluntary initiatives allowed me to explore my interest urban transitions, grassroots initiatives and the promotion  of life. sustainable lifestyles and innovations.  In At the moment I am spending  my daily life semester vacations to cycle through France, Germany and Czech Republic to visit sustainability communities.  I experience am fascinated by their straightforward bottom-up approach and want to help sharing  the increasing relevancy of sustainability topics success factors  for people. Yet many people are hampered or struggly with adopting more sustainable lifestyle practices. their developments\footnote{I am sharing my experiences in form of storylines. What can I do as believe that there is  a current Master student lot  of Sustainable Development transformative potential within people and small communities. They have achieved a more balanced state within a certain domain, and allow us  to help learn from  these living labs. They are admirable frontrunners in that they fundamentally change their behaviour despite the currently still existing barriers.   I want to take the window of opportunity of the yet small percentage of  people successfully around the globe who do things differently, possibly more sustianable,
