\section{Motivation I have a deep passion for sustainability. I try  to join live sustainably and enjoy  the 6\subscript{th} personal qualities that come along with a  sustainable summer school} way of life. And also outside of my sustainability club, in the lives of the common people, I notice an increasing relevancy for \textit{green growth} and \textit{socially fair} conditions. However, many people are hampered or struggle with adopting more sustainable practices in their day to day life. Why is this so? And what can I do as a current master student of Sustainable Development to help these people successfully overcoming their individual challenges?  I have a deep passion for sustainability.
