Figure 10. the projected quasar pair separation seem to be increasing with a decrease in the redshift of our pairs. this is presented by the large number of quasar pair data points clustered in the upper left corner of the plot. We also note here that thedata points are not uniformely distributed.
you should also mention what the points in the plots aren't uniformly distributed. Hint: it has to do wiht the fact the spectroscopic fibres have a width of 2 arcseconds, that sets minimum angular separation, which translates to an increasing spatial separation as a function of redshift.
Also, the higher the redshift, the larger the volume you probe and therefore the higher the source density on the sky.
