Figure 12. There seems to be a trend in the observed medians at 14 GHz radio luminosity across the bins. The bin medians seem to cluster around 10**23.4 $10^{23.4}$  with one outlier near 10**24. $10^{24}$.  The individual errors in the median values are very small. These errors seem to be overlapping for three out of five of our bins (i.e. there not much difference between these bins), which might suggest that the value near 10**24 is an outlier. Calculation of the error bars is also included in the statistical analysis section.
