- (new) Employee satisfaction (sfw). This indicator was suggested by an expert. As the indicator is based on a subjective assessment of employees the wording is quite important. One expert suggest to make it more about 'purpose' than satisfaction: "Do you think that what you did last half year helped the member organization / youth in member organization?"
