- **Match organization data with socio-economic data on their location.** The information contained in the membership data already provides a number of relevant figures that can be used in streetfootballworld's communications. How many young people are reached by streetfootballworld's network members is probably one of the most relevant figures. However, these figures can be better communicated if put into perspective by outside data. For instance, if one were to know how many young people could potentially be reached. Collecting external data would allow for creating messages like the following> "streetfootballworld's member organizations work in 17 of the 20 most deprived areas of the world" or "20% of streetfootballworld's member organizations work in areas with high gang violence."  - **Analyse data to improve grantmaking.** Predictive modelling could be used to predict two outcomes: success in the grantmaking process and outcome of the project. Analysing the outcome of the grantmaking process allows streetfootballworld to learn which features make a succesful applicant. Such an analysis could reveal unintend discrimination against certain types of applicants. It can also be used to advise member organizations how write a good proposal. Of course, one should also analyze who applies for a grant. Are there organizations that are systematically less likely to apply? On the other hand finding predictor of a project's success would help streetfootballworld in selecting among applicants for a grant.   - **Use data to identify potential recipients for long-term grants.** The available data can be used to identify network members which repeatedly participated succesfully in grantmaking procedures. These organizations could be bundled in a pitch for long-term funding to a potential donor.   - **Survey member organizations on their feedback about the process.** All of these recommendations have been made by our experts on the basis of their reading fof the provided material and communcation with streetfootballworld's Berlin office. The team of experts had no contact with network members. However, network members can provide crucial input to a restructing of streetfootballworld's membership processes - in the end it is them who fill out the forms and carry out projects on the ground. A survey of network members would allow a representative evaluation of the current system and could focus both on content and form of current procedures.
