# Workshop 3  The theme of the third workshop was “Interne Datenerhebung, -auswertung und –bereitstellung zwischen street-footballworld Teammitgliedern und Offices” [Internal data collection, analysis and provision between streetfootballworld team members and offices]. Key Performance Indicators (KPI). Sfw explained goals it aims to achieve with indactors and status of implementation.  The key questions to the experts for this workshop were:- Wie gut sind die KPIs? How good are the KPIs?  - Wie lassen sie sich am besten messen? How can the KPIs be measured   - Wie implementieren wir das KPI am besten in der Organisation? How should we implement the KPI within the organization?  - Wie visualisieren und kommunizieren wir die KPIs am Besten in der Organisation? How can we visualize and communcate the KPIs and their attainment within the organization.  - Gibt es einen Hauptverantwortlichen oder ist je ein MitarbeiterInnen für ein KPI verantwortlich? etc..   input by expert Jérôme Treperman on Key Performance Indicators. Team members need not be proficient in each an every aspect of a project. Rather bring their individual strengths and expertises. Learn from each other. Following introduction of key performance indactors theE experts selected most relevant indicator by a simple preference vote procedure. These are listed below, ranked by number of votes received.
