• How can comments and ideas (text data) of the community be evaluated effectively?
The data experts were divided into small groups of 2-3 people in order to identify how Sfw can measure its visibility in social media and in how far the campaign leads to a more active interaction and communication between Sfw and its network members. Furthermore, the groups discussed how the comments and posts published on the Unleash website might be analyzed in a systematic way. Following the group work phase, the data experts discussed their results and came up with a number of useful tools and approaches that might help Sfw to address these questions. One of the most popular ideas was to collaborate with professional football players who support
Sfw Sfw`s vision on football for social good and might function as multipliers. In addition, instruments such as Google Analytics or Piwik and Google Alerts should be used to assess the campaign´s visibility and success. Comments and ideas from community members could be evaluated with instruments, such as "Sentiment Analysis" or "Topic modeling". The results of the workshops were captured in a Storm Board.
## Key recommendations from the workshop
