The membership application is a two-step process in which organizations first fill out an eligibility form which is then assessed by streetfootballworld. If eligible, organizations fill out an application form. The member profile update is conducted annually among all network members: network members are sent another form to fill out. Finally, when applying for grants distributed by streetfootballworld its member organizations provide a concept and budget which are evaluated by streetfootballworld. For all of these purposes network members are provided Word documents which they fill out and e-mail to streetfootballworld. _sfw_ team members then manually transfers transfer  the information to spreadsheets.
